Every item in our store undergoes a rigorous multi-point inspection by our in-house experts. For high-value items, we provide certificates of authenticity or source them directly from licensed manufacturers and reputable distributors.
What shipping methods do you use to prevent damage?
We understand the importance of mint condition. All orders are packed using heavy-duty bubble wrap, corner protectors, and sturdy double-walled boxes to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition.
What is your return policy for trading cards and sealed products?
Due to the volatile nature of the collectables market, we accept returns within 14 days only if the item remains in its original, factory-sealed packaging. We cannot accept returns on opened booster packs or individual cards.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to collectors worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
Can I track my order once it has been dispatched?
Absolutely. Once your order is processed, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking link and unique ID to monitor your shipment's progress in real-time.
